The Best Ever Raw Mango Smoothie.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 ripe mango, cubed
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 2 leaves kale

Instructions: 

  1. First blend flax seeds in a blender until finely ground.
  2. Now add raw pumpkin seeds and blend until ground, about 1 minute.
  3. Then add mango, banana, water, ice cubes, and kale in the blender; blend until smooth, kale is fully incorporated, and the smoothie is uniform in color, about 3 minutes. 
  4. Thin with more water to reach desired consistency.
  5. Serve immediately.
