Ingredients:
- 1 medium avocado, halved
- 414ml canned coconut milk
- 2 tbsp allulose
- 60 ml water
- 5-6 ice cubes
- ¼ tablespoon vanilla bean paste
Instructions:
- If the can of coconut milk has separated, mix together until fully mixed.
- Then in a blender, add the all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
