Super Healthy Ginger Beet Immunity Smoothie Bowl.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tsp beet powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • Granola
  • Few Berries (of choice)
  • 1 tsp nut butter

Instructions: 

  1. First pour almond milk first into a high speed blender. 
  2. Now add bananas, cauliflower, protein powder, beet powder, and ground ginger and blend until smooth. 
  3. Then alternatively, place all ingredients in a large, deep bowl and blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with some healthy granola, berries, and nut butter.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. Enjoy!
