Super Healthy Ginger Beet Immunity Smoothie Bowl.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tsp beet powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- Granola
- Few Berries (of choice)
- 1 tsp nut butter
Instructions:
- First pour almond milk first into a high speed blender.
- Now add bananas, cauliflower, protein powder, beet powder, and ground ginger and blend until smooth.
- Then alternatively, place all ingredients in a large, deep bowl and blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with some healthy granola, berries, and nut butter.
- Serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
