Super Healthy Low Carb Chocolate Smoothie.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup canned coconut milk 
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup nut butter like almond or peanut butter
  • Optional: sugar-free sweetener of choice

Instructions: 

  1. Preparation: Freeze almond milk in an ice cube tray until solid, at least 4 hours.
  2. Add almond milk ice cubes and all other ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Taste and add low-carb sweetener to taste, as needed.
  3. Serve immediately. 
  4. Enjoy!
