Ingredients: 

  • 2 frozen & 2 regular bananas
  • ½ cup almond milk 
  • 4 Medjool dates
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries 
  • ¼ cup rolled oats 
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • Toppings: sliced banana, shredded coconut, fresh strawberries, chopped raw and unsalted almonds and rolled oats

Instructions: 

  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add your favorite toppings.
  3. Serve immediately.
  4. Enjoy your healthy smoothie bowl.
