Ingredients: 

  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • ¼ cup avocado
  • 2 tsp lime zest
  • 1½ tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 to 3 ice cubes
  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup, or to taste
  • ½ tsp Matcha green tea powder

Instructions: 

  1. Add all the smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle on the toppings of your choice.
  3. Serve immediately.
