Super Morning Coffee Smoothie.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 banana  frozen and sliced
  • ½ cup strong brewed coffee, chilled
  • ½ cup milk any milk
  • ¼ cup rolled oats 
  • Optional: Spoonful of nut butter

Instructions: 

  1. Add all ingredients in a blender until smooth, add more milk if required to reach a consistency to your liking. 
  2. Serve immediately.
  3. Enjoy!
